Location

Green Tree Lodge is located on Highway 62 on the quiet west side of Eureka Springs, Arkansas. We are approximately 1 & 1/2 miles west of the Historic downtown entrance. We are located on the Purple trolley route.

Minimum Stay Requirements

All of our accommodations have a minimum of a two night stay for advance reservations. Should there be an opening on the day of your arrival; one nite stays may be accepted. Holidays/Festivals may require a 3 night stay.

Cancellation Policy

On all cancellations we charge a minimum of $25.00 cancellation fee per unit reserved. In the event you must cancel your reservation, you must notify us at least 14 days prior to your arrival date (30 days for holidays and special events). Cancellations not received before 14 days prior to the reservation will be charged a non-refundable 1-night deposit per unit reserved. Any reservation made within 14 days prior to arrival requires a non-refundable 1-night deposit per unit reserved. In order to hold a reservation for more than 30 days we require 1 night non-refundable deposit per unit reserved. No shows are charged for all days reserved. Sorry, no refund for early departures.

Pet Policy

No pets are allowed in the cabins or suites.

Phones

We do not have phones in our cabins or suites. Eureka Springs is the place to get away from it all, including phone calls. You may use the office phone with your calling card or to place collect calls. For emergencies if someone needs to reach you, they can call the office thru the local line 479/253-8807 or toll free at: 888-380-8615 and we will get the message to you.

Internet Access

Currently our accommodations DO NOT have internet access. However, there is an Internet Cafe about 1/4 mile away and the Bank of Eureka Springs and the Library offer free Internet access.

Smoking Policy

Our cabins are smoking on the deck only. We offer both smoking and non-smoking jacuzzi suites. See our complete smoking policy.
