Anyone reserving a Non-smoking suite and then smoking will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining days reserved and paid for.  In addition; a cleaning fee of $ 200 may be assed to remove the smoking smell from the walls, furniture, carpet and bedding.  The amount charged will be the greator of the $200 fee or prepaid nightly rental.

Booking a non-smoking suite or cabin constitues acceptance of this policy.
